The 3 star superior Hotel Alpenland is a hideaway surrounded by breathtaking views, due to its location at the foot of the magnificent Lauenen mountain range. The Lauener Rohr is home to a picturesque cross-country skiing trail in winter. And at any time of the year, countless hiking trails lead from here across the mountains and to idyllic Lake Lauenen, a spot that features in a song of the same name dedicated to the lake by the rock band “Span”. Thanks to the sunny southern exposure, our Panorama Double Rooms spoil guests early in the morning with the first rays of sunshine and a breath-taking view of the Lauenen mountain world. On a generous 30 m2 you will find also a comfortable sitting area for reading and relaxing.

Our north facing Valley Double Rooms with a view of the Lauibach and the village of Lauenen are 24 m2 in size, the perfect size for relaxation after an active day.

Valley Suite
On around 40 m2, every guest finds his or her retreat, whether as a family for up to four people or as a room for two. In our Valley Suite on the north side, guests relax in a living room (with additional sleeping facilities) and spend the night in a double room.

The fully equipped apartments spoil you with a large living room with open kitchen and balcony, two bedrooms and bathroom.
