… CULINARY

The Hotel Alpenland gastronomy has been awarded by several culinary guides. We focus on regional and local products in our gastronomy and source them from local producers whenever possible: Potatoes from the Perreten family in Feutersoey, dried meat from Rolf von Siebenthal's meat drying factory in Lauenen, yak from Regula Oehrli on the Gelten Alp, regional cheese from the Gstaad dairy, vegetables from Daniel von Siebenthal's garden in Gstaad, Lauener mushrooms and many more. Guests enjoy a traditional cheese fondue, raclette or fondue chinoise in the charming Fondue Hüttli right next to the Hotel Alpenland. Unique and spectacular is certainly the sunny panorama terrace where it can be enjoyed. A cosy nightcap is available in the lounge with fireplace.
